Perfect Pizza Dough

Quick and easy pizza dough every time. Make that morning or the day before.

Ingredients
3/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
3/4 cups luke warm water
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Directions
In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in luke warm water
Stir in flour and salt; mix together
When the dough has pulled together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and kneed dough until smooth and supple. About 10 minutes
Place dough in bowl and cover with saran wrap and place in fridge if making pizza next day. If making same day, cover with towel and let rise on counter for a few hours
Once dough has risen, preheat oven to 450 degrees
deflate dough onto a lightly floured surface. Roll dough out to half its final size using a rolling pin
Let rest for 5 minutes
Place dough on a lightly grease pan

Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown
Let baked pizza cool and enjoy!
